After talking with Mr. Manna, we received an update of the status of the Digital Literacy Project in Paushi. Computer classes are running five days a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), with over 40 students from grades 5-12 attending each class. Popularity has soared so much in the computer classes, that there are now two teachers in charge of the classes. Additional computers would be very beneficial to these classes.
Currently, the printer does not seem to be working, so we have contacted Mr. Amit Paul, our local representative in Kolkata, who will travel to Paushi to replace the printer cartridge.
