Construction of the digital library is almost completed and classes have begun to take place in the library. An article about the construction of the library was also published in Paushi's local newspaper.

Update (November 27, 2015)
The construction for the cyber classroom is underway. The foundation has already been laid out and the classroom is expected to be fully operational by the end of the year.
Update (June 29, 2015)
IEEE-EPICS has approved a third proposal for $3000 funding to expand the Digital Literacy Project. With this funding, we will build a permanent cyber classroom to house the computers and host the computer classes for the students of Paushi. The funding will also be used to buy other supplies, such as a projector and projection screen, in order to further enhance the learning experience of the students.

Update (January 11th, 2015)
We recently got communication from Paushi village that the teachers conducted an exam to evaluate the computer skills of the students attending the classes. These exams took place in late December.

Update (December 7th, 2014)
During the second week of November, Kolkata teacher Mr. Amit Pal and local IEEE volunteers visited Paushi to check on the status of the computer and the classes. He saw that new desks have been set up, and approximately 80 students are coming to weekly computer classes, in two batches. In addition, some paper and ink have been replaced for the printer.
